Before you pay.
Do I have to book a call to buy?
No. Pick a package, check out, answer the 10-question brief. A call is optional — most Launch builds never need one.
Which package should I pick?
If you are a one-van operation that just needs a credible site fast, take Starter. If you want to own the local search results across a whole service area, take Launch — it is what most trades choose. If you are running several crews and want the AI answering the phone as well as the chat, take Domination.
Do you work with my trade?
We build only for accounting firms: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, remodeling, solar, landscaping and pest control. If you are a trade and you are not on that list, ask — we add new trades when the demand is real.
Do you serve my country?
We work natively in the US, UK, Canada and Australia — local spelling, currency, licensing language and the directories that actually matter in each market.

How long until my site ranks?
Local Pack movement usually shows inside 3–6 weeks for town-level searches, and the 300+ service × town pages compound from there. Google Business Profile, on-page structure and your review flow all start working on day one; competitive metro terms take 3–6 months.
Will the AI really book me real jobs?
Yes. The AI receptionist answers the call or chat, qualifies the job (trade, address, urgency, access), offers your next available slots, and writes the booking straight into your diary. Every missed call gets a text back within 60 seconds, so the lead stays warm even when it books online instead.
What if a customer asks something the AI cannot answer?
It takes a message, tells the customer when you will call back, and flags it to your phone. Gas, flood and no-heat calls are escalated immediately rather than handled by the assistant.
Do you guarantee first place on Google?
Nobody honest guarantees a ranking. What we guarantee is the build: the pages, the structure, the profile work and the review flow that make ranking possible, delivered on the date we promised, with monthly reporting so you can see exactly what moved.

What if I’m not happy with the design?
You see the first full draft before any balance is due, and your $500 Launch deposit is fully refundable until you approve it. Two rounds of revisions are included on every package — we keep changing it until it looks like a business you would hand a card to.
I’m on the tools all day — how much of my time does this take?
About 20 minutes total. A 10-question brief, your logo and photos by text or WhatsApp, then one approval. We write the copy, build the pages and set up tracking, reviews and your Google profile without you in the room.
What happens if I cancel the monthly plan?
You keep the website and the pages we built; hosting, the AI receptionist, review automations and monthly reporting stop at the end of the billing month. There is no lock-in term and no exit fee.
Who owns the domain and the content?
You do, from day one. Domain, hosting account and content are registered in your name, and we hand over every login when the build goes live.
